have fun while achieving your fitness goals
Over the past 8 years I have been constantly in the battle of improving the way I look.
It all started off when I was a university student. All I used to care about was where is tonight’s party at. I used to spend so much time partying (and eating fast food after!) Again, who doesn’t love fast food after a night out partying?
While the days passed by, I reached a peak of 130 kgs and having a body fat % of 50 (that’s 65 kgs of fat on my body). I felt heavy, I couldn’t go up the stairs or even tie my shoelaces without having to catch my breath. Things were terrible and were only going downhill.

I then decided that it was time that I try to get rid off that fat and become healthier physically. I signed up at a local gym and without the guidance of any trainer, reached a weight of 94 kgs (with a 35% body fat). That to me was a great achievement, however little did I know that I achieved this using unsustainable habits. My diet was made of literally only plain egg whites and oats, chicken breast, brown rice, and broccoli. I also used to train 2-3 times a day and did hours of cardio. Since I never really built the right habits, my weight eventually started going back up reaching to around 120 kgs, then again down to 100, then back up… I was on a (yo-yo diet approach) where I kept on losing weight and gaining it back up.
Almost 6 years later, I decided to sign up with a coach to see what’s wrong. I learned that the habits that I built were unsustainable. I realized that having sustainable habits built is one of the most important things that a person should have when going through this journey (if the wish is to keep the weight off!). This is where for the past two years, I have built the right habits and are sustainably improving myself.
With this experience, I decided that it was time for me to give back to the community. I became a certified nutrition consultant and have decided to help others achieve their goals as well.
